Charleen has been in the Dental field for over 10 years. Before coming to General Dentistry she worked in Orthodontics, the computer industry, and retail. She has been certified by the Sterling Management Program and is a member of the Worcester Chamber of commerce. Her experience and training enables her to answer questions regarding Insurance, billing and treatment planning.
As Office Manager her goal is to provide the best dental experience possible to all of our patients. She feels all patients deserve to be treated with respect and to have them leave the office feeling that they have been given the best possible treatment.

When not at work Charleen enjoys spending time with her husband of 22 years. They are avid NASCAR fans and spinning enthusiast. She also has two Jack Russell terriers that keep her very busy.
